Root & Peak is a Swiss-Chinese family business, born from our shared passion for good food — the kind that nourishes fully, with simplicity and authenticity.
We have always sought to eat well: healthily, with pleasure, and respecting the best that each culture has to offer.
Guided by this quest, we lived nearly twenty years in Asia, discovering living traditional cuisines, local markets, and raw, powerful ingredients.
This journey has shaped our conviction: industrial food has standardized, trivialized, and emptied of meaning much of what we consume today.
With Root & Peak, we wanted to return to the essence: to rediscover the original products, those that still carry within them the memory of a terroir, a gesture, an authentic taste.
