Shipping Delays

Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Notification: You will receive an initial confirmation email upon ordering, followed by a second notification as soon as your package is handed over to Swiss Post.

Shipping in Switzerland (via Swiss Post)

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 70 CHF.

Standard Rates: For orders below 70 CHF, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery: Once you receive your shipping notification, your package will be delivered directly to your address by Swiss Post.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If a product does not meet your expectations:

30-Day Requests: We accept return requests up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Flexibility: Even if the product has been opened or tested and you are not satisfied, please reach out to us. We handle every request with care to ensure we find a solution that leaves you happy.

Refunds: Once your request is validated, we will process a full refund for the item.

Support & Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, or if an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@rootnpeak.com with your order number (and a photo of the damage). We prioritize these issues to resolve them as quickly as possible.
