To ship your orders, we only collect the information strictly necessary: name, delivery address, email, and phone number.
Your payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We never store and never have access to your credit card numbers.

3. Analytics and Site Improvement

To understand what our customers like and to improve our website, we use our own internal analytics tool (Umami Analytics).

Privacy-First: This tool respects your privacy. It does not use intrusive advertising "cookies," but simple LocalStorage to follow navigation trends.

Data Sovereignty: Your navigation data remains on our own secure servers in Europe. It is never sent to companies like Google.

Customer Experience: When you place an order, we link these statistics to your profile to better understand your needs. This tracking is based on our legitimate interest in improving our services.

4. Advertising (Only with Your Consent)

We do not activate any advertising trackers without your permission.

Your Choice: If, and only if, you click "Accept" on our consent banner, we may share certain information with partners (like Meta/Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our ads.

Maximum Security: To protect your identity, your contact details (such as your email) are systematically encrypted (hashed) by our servers before being sent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your purchase data for the mandatory legal period required for our accounting. Analytical navigation data is deleted after a maximum of 13 months.

In accordance with the law (GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.
